2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the Platform. hou788 enforces a strict 21+ policy in compliance with responsible gaming best practices applicable to its target market. By registering, you warrant that you are 21 or older. hou788 reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any time and to suspend accounts where age cannot be confirmed.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is operated for and primarily marketed to residents of Indonesia. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the Platform does not violate the laws of your jurisdiction. hou788 makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular territory outside of its licensed operating jurisdiction.
2.3 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or related accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
2.4 Personal Capacity. You must be acting in your own personal capacity and on your own behalf. You may not register or operate an Account on behalf of another individual or legal entity. Corporate accounts are not available on the Platform.
2.5 Self-Exclusion Status. Individuals who have previously applied for self-exclusion from the Platform are not eligible to register a new account during the applicable exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by creating a new account is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
3.1 Registration Information. To open an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
3.2 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. hou788 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify hou788 immediately via the support channels listed in Clause 14.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC). hou788 may require you to complete identity verification at any stage, including before processing your first withdrawal or when your cumulative withdrawals exceed Rp 5.000.000 in any 30-day period. Acceptable documents include a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license. Proof of payment method (e.g., screenshot of bank account details) may also be requested. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 calendar days may result in temporary account suspension.
3.4 Account Suspension and Closure. hou788 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an Account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the Member has breached these Terms & Conditions; (b) hou788 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; (c) the Member has provided false or misleading registration information; or (d) the Member's account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
3.5 Inactive Accounts. An Account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. hou788 reserves the right to levy a monthly inactivity fee of Rp 25.000 against an inactive account's Wallet Balance. hou788 will provide at least 30 days' prior notice to the registered email address before applying any inactivity fee.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. hou788 accepts deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following approved payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed without currency conversion fees charged by hou788.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000. The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per 24-hour period are displayed in the cashier section of your Account and may be adjusted by hou788 at any time with reasonable notice.
4.3 Deposit Processing. E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited to your Account within 1–5 minutes of confirmed payment. Local bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata) are typically credited within 1–15 minutes during standard banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB). hou788 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or periods of high transaction volume.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Approved withdrawal requests are typically settled within 30 minutes during standard operating hours. Withdrawals submitted outside of 08:00–22:00 WIB may be processed the following business day. hou788 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal, in accordance with Clause 3.3.
4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal can be processed: (a) the Member's Account must be fully verified; (b) the withdrawal amount must not exceed the available Wallet Balance net of any active wagering requirements on Bonus Balance; (c) the payment method used for withdrawal must match the payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless hou788 grants an exception in writing.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. hou788 operates in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. All deposits must originate from a payment account legally held in the Member's own name. hou788 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Deposits that cannot be traced to a legitimate source will be returned to the originating account, and the associated Member account may be suspended pending investigation.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. hou788 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members. Each individual promotion is governed by specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus winnings. These specific terms are published on the applicable promotion page and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement will be clearly stated on the promotion page (e.g., "10x bonus amount"). Bets placed on certain game categories — including but not limited to certain table game combinations, mix parlay (accumulator) bets with fewer than three selections, and bets placed with odds below 1.50 — may not count toward wagering requirements. Full game contribution tables are available in each promotion's specific terms.
5.3 One Bonus at a Time. A Member may hold only one active bonus at a time. Accepting a new bonus while an existing bonus remains active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus balance and associated wagering progress. Members are encouraged to review their Bonus Balance status in the Account dashboard before claiming a new promotion.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. hou788 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonus funds and any associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; using a bonus in a manner specifically designed to meet wagering requirements while minimizing risk (e.g., hedging bets across both outcomes on a two-way market); colluding with other Members; or using automated betting scripts.
5.5 Promotional Changes. hou788 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Platform and will not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use by Members at the time of the change, provided the Member is acting in good faith and in compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
6.1 Bet Placement. Bets are accepted only when the Member's Account has a sufficient Wallet Balance to cover the full stake. A bet is deemed placed and binding upon hou788's confirmation of the bet slip, which will be displayed on screen and logged in the Member's betting history. hou788 does not accept verbal, telephone, or email bet instructions.
6.2 Odds and Market Changes. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. For live (in-play) markets, odds may fluctuate rapidly and hou788 accepts no liability for bets placed at odds that were in the process of being updated at the time of placement. The odds displayed in the Member's confirmed bet slip at the time of placement are the final and binding odds for that wager.
6.3 Manifest Errors. hou788 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were posted due to a manifest error (including a clear pricing error, a data feed error, or a technical malfunction resulting in obviously incorrect odds). In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Member's Wallet Balance. hou788 will not profit from manifest errors and is equally not obligated to honor winnings generated from them.
6.4 Settlement. Markets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PSSI for BRI Liga 1 matches, BWF for badminton events). For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, all selections must win for the bet to pay out, unless specific each-way or bonus terms apply. In the event that an event is postponed or abandoned, hou788's specific sport rules (published on the Platform) will determine how the affected selections are settled.
6.5 Maximum Winnings. hou788 applies maximum single-bet payout limits which vary by sport, market type, and account tier. These limits are displayed in the Platform's betting rules section and are subject to change. hou788 reserves the right to limit stakes on any market, for any Member, at its sole discretion.
7.1 Commitment. hou788 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to providing tools that help Members maintain control over their betting activity. We encourage all Members to set personal limits and to take advantage of the self-management tools available in their Account dashboard.
7.2 Available Tools. Members may apply the following responsible gaming tools directly from their Account settings without needing to contact support: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days), and permanent self-exclusion.
7.3 Self-Exclusion. A Member who believes that gambling is negatively affecting their life may request permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting hou788 support at the email address listed in Clause 14. Permanent self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request being received. During a self-exclusion period, the Member is prohibited from creating a new account. Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Members must not engage in any of the following conduct when using the Platform. Violation of this clause may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.
9.1 Ownership. All content on the Platform, including but not limited to the hou788 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software code, game assets, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of hou788 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
9.2 Limited License. hou788 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.
9.3 Game Content. All slot games, live dealer games, and other gaming content available on the Platform are provided under license from third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, PG Soft, and Spribe. The intellectual property rights in such games remain with the respective studios.

10.3 Data Sharing. hou788 does not sell Member personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with: (a) regulated payment processors solely for the purpose of processing transactions; (b) KYC verification service providers; and (c) regulatory authorities where disclosure is required by law.
11.1 Platform Availability. hou788 will use reasonable commercial efforts to ensure the Platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, hou788 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. hou788 accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
11.2 Betting Losses. hou788 accepts no liability for any financial losses incurred by a Member through wagering on the Platform, including losses resulting from a Member's own decisions, misunderstanding of odds or rules, or reliance on any information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.
11.3 Force Majeure. hou788 will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms & Conditions to the extent that such failure or delay is caused by a Force Majeure event as defined in Clause 1.
11.4 Maximum Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hou788's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single claim or series of related claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.1 Applicable Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hou788 is incorporated and licensed to operate. Specific jurisdictional details are available upon request by contacting hou788 support.
12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting hou788 customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of the initial written notice, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules of the licensing jurisdiction.
12.3 Language. These Terms & Conditions are written in English, which is the authoritative language of this document. Any translation provided by hou788 is for convenience only; in the event of any inconsistency between the English version and a translation, the English version shall prevail.
13.1 Right to Amend. hou788 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via a notice posted on the Platform and/or an email to the registered email address at least 14 days before the changes take effect, unless the change is required by law or regulatory direction in which case it may take effect immediately.
13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your remaining Wallet Balance prior to the effective date of the change.
